When you book or visit
Online appointments are booked through Square, which collects the details needed for your booking. At the clinic, we may ask for health and treatment information so we can recommend and provide treatments safely — for example your medical history, skin concerns, allergies, treatment notes and consent forms.
Before-and-after photos are taken only with your permission. We never show them publicly, including on this website or social media, without your separate written consent.
When you browse this website
Like most websites, ours automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies, explained below.
